After days of heavy rain, the sun arrived for our official launch. We decorated the rotunda at Wahroonga Park in the style of a traditional Chinese Courtyard, to reflect the themes of the book.
A special thanks to Mr Alister Henskens, SC, Member for Wahroonga who officially launched Raising Spring Kids and delivered a lovely speech and explanation of my book. My thanks to Mr Philip Ruddock (former mayor of Hornsby), Councillor Barbara Ward, community leaders, friends and families who supported the book launch and my books. My appreciation to my publishing and organising teams, and to Lynda and Grace from Novella who took charge of the book sales. Many thanks to Johnny Leung and his lion and snake dance troupe and band for their amazing performance.
